It is with pride that Fox Hill Cheese House crafts over 20 varieties of cheese using milk from our own herd of Holstein cows. We feel that the commitment to using quality fresh milk enables us to bring you a truly unique dairy product. At Fox Hill Cheese House, we are proud to plant the seed, to grow the grass, milk the cow and make specialty products for YOU.

During the past five years, we have worked hard to expand our product line to include delicious natural yogurt and gelato, Italian homemade ice cream. Later this summer, we will add pasteurized non-homogenized milk packaged in glass bottles to our list. With these products, we feel we can aspire to being called “The Annapolis Valley Dairy Store”.
